Chair Yoga Workshop
Let’s make chair yoga (even) more interesting! Regardless of your age or whether you have physical limitations—here we’ll explore a version of the practice that’s more stable, with better alignment, accessibility, and safety. Discover what your body is capable of, with the right tools and adjustments for you! We’ll also explore Pranayama (breathing techniques) while seated in a chair, for extra comfort! Open to all levels of practice. Register by October 25 via the WhatsApp contact listed on the flyer. All materials included. Bring water and a blanket for the final relaxation.

HELD - Part II
Part two of HELD, a three-part workshop trilogy for women. Once the nervous system has a little more ground under it, we go into the body directly - the jaw and the pelvic floor, two of the places women most commonly hold tension, worked together in one session. Expect teaching on the connection between the two, hands-on release work, and an open sharing circle. €40 for this session, or €95 for the full trilogy. New to HELD? Joining without Session 1 is welcome - just let me know and I'll send a short catch-up beforehand. Spots limited - DM to reserve.

HELD - Part III
The closing session of HELD, a three-part workshop trilogy for women. We bring the jaw and pelvic floor work into one full line through the body, and turn toward what's next - what safety actually feels like, and who you're becoming. Includes a guided meditation, an optional menu of somatic rituals, and an extended closing circle. €40 for this session, or €95 for the full trilogy. Spot limited - DM to reserve

HELD - Part I
A few months ago I noticed something in my body I couldn't ignore - tension I'd been carrying so long I'd stopped registering it as tension at all. When I sat with it, I realized it wasn't really about the body. I was gripping - onto money, onto people, onto anything precious - bracing like it would disappear the moment I relaxed. This is the first of three sessions in HELD, a workshop trilogy for women exploring where the body holds, and why. Session One builds the ground the rest of the series stands on: a calmer nervous system, and a working relationship of trust with yourself, before we ever touch the jaw or pelvic floor directly. Yoga P Studio, Vila Nova de Milfontes. €40 for this session, or €95 for the full trilogy. Spots limited - DM to reserve & get more info

Full Moon Stone Circle Ceremony
On Monday June 29, we gather close to where the Mira River and the Atlantic Ocean meet for a guided Stone Circle Ceremony under the full moon. At the centre of our gathering lies a Crystal Stone Circle: a contemporary ceremonial field inspired by the ancient wisdom of stone circles: sacred patterns that connect earth, sky, direction, rhythm and human awareness. As we attune to this field through stillness, sound, breath and attention, space opens for reflection, inner listening and intuitive guidance. The evening includes a brief introduction to the wisdom of stone circles, an AUM meditation, a card reflection and a personal consultation with the Crystal Stone Circle. This ceremony is not about prediction or performance. It is a grounded moment of attention, alignment and listening, held by the moon, the stones and the ocean Location: Praia do Farol, Vila Nova de Milfontes Time: 19:30 – 22:00 Group size: limited to 10 participants Contribution: €35 – €55 sliding scale Language English / Dutch when usefull More info: www.escoladamistica.com/full-moon-ceremony/ Sign up via more WhatsApp
