New Morning Yoga Class in Milfontes every Thursday from 10h to 11h15 at Yoga P. My work is nutrished by Hatha and Integral Yoga as well as Yoga-therapy approach and philosophy. The class lasts 1h15 and we explore different postures and movements, gentle flow, breathing exercises and some meditation and relaxation practices. It is not an advanced class but it is good to have already done some Yoga before. You can come and try (donation based) and contact me for more information.
