Privacy Policy

• Anonymous identifier: we assign a random, anonymous identifier to understand aggregate usage. It is not linked to your name, email, or any account. On the website this identifier is created only if you accept the analytics banner; if you decline, nothing is stored.
• Usage & analytics data (consent-based on the web): page/screen views, event searches, and interactions, together with basic properties such as platform, device type, and language. On the website, this is collected through Mixpanel (with servers in the European Union) only after you accept the cookie/analytics banner — declining leaves the site fully functional and stores nothing. In the mobile app, analytics (Mixpanel) and crash diagnostics (Sentry) help us keep the app stable.
• Technical information: limited technical data such as approximate device type, browser, language, and IP address, used to deliver and secure the service.

We do not require accounts, we do not collect your name or email, we do not show advertising, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

• Consent — for analytics on the website (you may withdraw it at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer).
• Legitimate interest — for delivering the service, keeping it secure, diagnosing problems, and understanding aggregate, anonymous usage to improve it.

We do not sell or rent any data.

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract:

• Supabase— database & hosting (EU region).
• Vercel— website hosting & performance measurement (Speed Insights; EU region).
• Mixpanel — product analytics (EU data residency).
• Sentry — crash/error diagnostics (mobile app).

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights. Event information and images belong to the respective event organizers and may be publicly available.

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union.

We keep analytics data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above. Because we do not hold accounts or contact details, the data we process is anonymous usage data.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (on the website, use Cookie settings in the footer). To exercise any of these, email contact@pasemana.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD, www.cnpd.pt).

The website uses your browser’s local storage to remember your language preference and your consent choice, and — only after you accept — an anonymous analytics identifier. It does not use advertising cookies. You can change your choice anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.

The service is not directed to children under 18. If you are under 18, use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Our services may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above; continued use means you accept the updated policy.
