  1st Sports and Health Forum 🗓️April 7, starting at 2:00 p.m., António Chainho Municipal Auditorium. 🚶‍♂️‍➡️🏊‍♀️Open to residents of the municipality of Santiago do Cacém (aged 60 and over). The "1st Sports and Health Forum" is part of the clds5g project, in which the City Council is the implementing body, and the Alentejo Coast Development Association (adl) is the local entity coordinating the partnership. The clds5g project is co-financed by the Pessoas 2030 Program, Portugal 2030, the European Social Fund, and the Portuguese Republic.

  Open day Deeper Land Sanctuary

  We warmly invite you to get to know our sanctuary and spend time with the horses! 🐴 The day begins at 2 PM, and you can enjoy coffee, tea, and a snack as you settle in. We will be exploring connections with the animals, staying in nature, and doing simple somatic exercises to feel more grounded. And of course, there’s plenty of time with the horses! 🐴 We are located 10 min. from Abela in the direction to Grandola. (About 1.5 hours from Lisbon) For those who wish, overnight stays are available in a beautiful, comfortable house.
