Yoga Trance Dance
Yoga Trance Dance® created by Shiva Rea, is a contemporary exploration of the spirit of dance within yoga. Beginning with pranic yoga, the practice flows into an exploration of free-form, breath-driven movement to liberate one’s creative life force and cultivate embodied freedom. Be guided through the elements using asanas (postures), movements and pranayama (breath) to journey into Sahaja - the unfolding of natural movement. Yoga Trance Dance® includes: movement meditation, pranic flow yoga, kriyas, exploration and creativity through conscious dance with an eclectic mix of world music, specifically selected to sync with the movement, building to a peak of drums and ecstatic dance. Thursday 18 June 19:30 - 21:00 Lazuz, Lameiros near Sao Luis €15 Cash on door or Online pre-booking via localista.pt/events Contact Serafina via WhatsApp: 00905338520434 IG: @serafinamystix
