    A space that allows you to explore safely different tools designed to support you in coming back to your center, your heart, your Home. We will journey with our voices, bodies into different layers, spaces guided only with live music (violin, guitar, drums, flutes, N’Goni, CosmicBow) and sound (Kailani, Gong, Shrutibox and more..) created by Zsofi&Yoav experienced facilitators / musicians bringing their magic into the field of exploration.     Integrated Himalayan Yoga classes are based on the recognition that Yoga is much more than physical postures. It is a journey of integrating the human being in all of her/his/their dimensions: body, energy, mind, and awareness. In my classes, I strive to offer a balanced and profound practice that encompasses a diversity of tools to work on the different layers of our being, from the densest to the most subtle, stimulating processes of internal transformation, balance, and expansion of consciousness. Depending on the intention of the practice, different techniques may be included, such as Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, Kriya, Kundalini, Mantras, Mudras, Yogic Wisdom, and Meditation.
