Synopsis: *Riff Out* is the album that Sérgio Pelágio released in 2022 and which has since been performed with varying lineups, always including new original compositions. The chemistry among the three musicians is complete, as they share a deep, long-standing friendship and have been playing together since they were very young. In concert, starting from the proposed songs, the music flows wherever it needs to go in an ever-lively three-way conversation.

On September 12, at 9:30 p.m., Lula Pena will perform at Moagem de Sabóia (Casa do Morgado), at the invitation of Escola Provisória Para Nada. A singer, guitarist, songwriter, and performer, Lula Pena has developed a unique musical language that spans different traditions of popular song, languages, and geographies. Combining her own compositions, poetry, and repertoires from diverse origins, her music moves freely between fado and other musical traditions, seeking what she calls a “tradition on a universal scale.” The concert is part of the program for the Escola Provisória Para Nada — Encontros P(o)pedagógicos, taking place in Sabóia from September 4 to 13.
