For one evening only, we’re hosting our very first Pop-Up Ramen Night — an intimate experience with just 20 exclusive spots available.
This month’s feature: Shoyu Ramen —The original ramen. a rich double - based broth made with pork & chicken finished with a homemade dashi, a broth with deep layers of flavour that comforts, surprises, and lingers long after the last spoonful.
Every bowl is crafted from scratch:
✨ Handmade alkaline noodles
✨ Perfectly marinated eggs
✨ Slow-roasted Char Siu, tender and full of flavour
✨ Fresh seasonal vegetables
Ricardo has spent many years immersed in Japanese cuisine, refining and mastering the art of ramen. This isn’t just a bowl of soup — it’s dedication, patience, and tradition brought together to create something truly unforgettable.
