At Casa Novo Bowing, in Odemira, Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong are practiced as exercises in mindfulness, balance, and presence. These ancient Chinese practices integrate movement, breathing, and concentration, promoting a more conscious relationship with the body and the rhythm of everyday life.
