‘SUL — Espectros Além do Tejo’ is a retrospective painting exhibition by Alfredo Moreira da Silva, spanning decades of work shaped by landscape, memory, and southern territory.

The exhibition is on view at Herdade da Matinha in Cercal do Alentejo, and across sites in Santiago do Cacém, including the Museu Municipal de Santiago do Cacém and the Auditório Municipal António Chainho.

During its final month, you are invited to experience the works in an open-house format at Herdade da Matinha, where the paintings are installed throughout the family country house.

Herdade da Matinha is home to AMS Gallery and the atelier of Alfredo Moreira da Silva.

    A lovely Hatha yoga Flow Class for all levels. In this class we use classical Hatha Yoga Postures and we link them with some vinyasa sequences. Many options will be provided to those that cannot do the vinyasas or who wish to keep the practice more simple This class is around 1 hour long Note: Booking one day in advance is necessary. Cancellations on the day will have to pay the class price.

Here the vinyasas are counted in Sanskrit and a steady paced is maintained to keep the flow of the class At the end of the class we practice a set sequence of pranayama This class is best for those already practicing Mysore or Ashtanga for some years and who know how to modify. Plus, we’re super excited to add a brand-new spot to the lineup this season: Green Planet Skatepark in São Martinho! What to expect: 8 weeks of shredding: Weekly sessions packed with fresh tricks and challenges. Skateboard Passport: Track your progress and level up step-by-step! Tight-knit crew: Small groups (6–8 kids) for personalized coaching and fun team games. Want to learn tricks, make new buddies, and boost your confidence?
