Soundshaping is an invitation for women to explore the voice as a living, ever-changing instrument.

Through vocal exploration, improvisation and movement, we play with sounds, textures, rhythms and impulses — discovering new ways of expressing, listening and relating to ourselves and others.

Moving beyond words and familiar patterns, we create space for curiosity, experimentation and the unexpected. The body becomes a source of sound, movement an extension of the voice, and sound itself a way to explore, connect and create.

No singing or movement experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

    Integrated Himalayan Yoga classes are based on the recognition that Yoga is much more than physical postures. It is a journey of integrating the human being in all of her/his/their dimensions: body, energy, mind, and awareness. In my classes, I strive to offer a balanced and profound practice that encompasses a diversity of tools to work on the different layers of our being, from the densest to the most subtle, stimulating processes of internal transformation, balance, and expansion of consciousness. Depending on the intention of the practice, different techniques may be included, such as Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, Kriya, Kundalini, Mantras, Mudras, Yogic Wisdom, and Meditation.     New Morning Yoga Class in Milfontes every Thursday from 10h to 11h15 at Yoga P. My work is nutrished by Hatha and Integral Yoga as well as Yoga-therapy approach and philosophy. The class lasts 1h15 and we explore different postures and movements, gentle flow, breathing exercises and some meditation and relaxation practices. It is not an advanced class but it is good to have already done some Yoga before. You can come and try (donation based) and contact me for more information.
