    This is a dynamic led class of traditional Ashtanga. Here the vinyasas are counted in Sanskrit and a steady paced is maintained to keep the flow of the class At the end of the class we practice a set sequence of pranayama This class is best for those already practicing Mysore or Ashtanga for some years and who know how to modify. Note: Booking one day in advance is necessary. Cancellations on the day will have to pay the class price.

Pattabhi Jois. In the Mysore class, everyone works within their own breathing rhythm and abilities; slowly growing with the practice to ensure a sustainable lifelong practice. For Beginner or those that do not know the sequence an all level class we take place from 9:30am 💕

    Vinyasa Flow

    A wonderful Vinyasa Flow class for all levels at the beautiful Herdade da Matinha on Saturdays. Reservations are required In this class, we use classic Hatha Yoga poses and combine them with some Vinyasa sequences. Many alternatives will be provided for those who cannot perform the vinyasas or who wish to keep their practice simpler This class lasts about 1 hour *Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a 10-euro charge
