connection

wholeness

to re-wild your senses

and tap into spontaneity

nowness

to be (the) nature you are

to be seen

to echo

concretely:

3h of solo/duo/group movement explorations in nature, that can also involve drawing, writing, voicing, speaking and shamanic practices.

Nervous-system friendly.

Registration necessary at least 24h before.

Conscious pricing at the end of each session (pay what feels aligned and fair).

If you feel resonance but the dates don't suit you, please let me know, I am open to host on another day of the week, or change format for a 2 or 3 days immersion.

About Anaïs Tamen:

Anaïs is a movement researcher active in Alentejo since 2017.

Their spaces invite us to nourish the mycelium within us and around us, to explore the luminous cracks of our fertile darkness.

How to build community within ourselves and among each other?

How to cultivate presence, connection and acceptance?

How to be (human) here now ?

Senscapes is Anaïs' body of work around Authentic Movement, research on Butoh as an animist practice (our innate direct connection to the nature we are and all its components), the beauty and potency of spontaneous in-situ performance and the transformative or healing outcome of them.
