Spend the day with us learning to prune olive trees the way it’s been done in Palestine for generations.

This isn’t just about getting more olives. It’s about shaping the trees so birds feel welcome, sunlight reaches deep inside, and when harvest time comes, you can pick them by hand from a small ladder.

This is for anyone ready to reclaim what shouldn’t have been lost. Ancestral knowledge that’s still alive in the land, in the trees, in hands that remember. Ways of relating to the earth that actually contains the answer to the times.

Mustafa Shibli grew up in olive groves in Palestine. He learned this from his family, from the trees themselves. His sister A’ida will be there too, holding space for all of us to connect with each other, with the land, with the trees.
