To celebrate International Yoga Day, the UniSer Center is opening its doors for two special, free sessions of “Feel and Flow” Yoga.

🧘♀️ 10:00 AM — a light start to the morning
🧘♀️ 5:00 PM — a late afternoon to reconnect with yourself

These sessions are open to all ages and levels.
No experience necessary.
Just a desire to take care of yourself.

Himalayan Kriya, Kundalini & Meditation classes, as taught in the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic and Tantric Tradition. Kriya is evolutionary/ transformative action.
