Please accept the invitation from the Municipality of Odemira to participate in a Women’s Walk in the parish of Sabóia.

This initiative is part of the celebrations for World Breast Cancer Awareness Day, promoting awareness of the importance of prevention and early diagnosis.

Routes and Distance

Medium Route — Medium Difficulty | 4 to 6 km

Long Route — medium/high difficulty | 10 to 12 km

8:00 a.m./8:50 a.m. | Participant check-in in front of the Sabóia Parish Council Pavilion

8:50 a.m./9:00 a.m. | Briefing

9:00 a.m. | Start of the walk

11:30 a.m./12:30 p.m. | Health education session: “Menopause and the Importance of Breast Self-Examination,” led by nurses from ULSLA/Odemira Health Center

12:30 p.m. | Lunch provided by the Sabóia Parish Council
