Maybe your summer has involved a lot of working, caretaking, travelling, or tending to other peopleâs needs. Maybe youâre ready to recharge your batteries, reconnect with your own needs and desires, or simply create some space to listen inward. Through the power of your own breath, we can begin to release what has become stuck, reconnect with the body, support a more regulated nervous system and open space for whatever is ready to be felt, explored or released. Breathwork can be a profound journey of coming back to yourself, reconnecting with your heart, your aliveness, your pleasure, your health, your direction and your deeper sense of purpose.
