Hello Contact Improvisation lovers!

I’m starting Contactus, a monthly Contact Improvisation gathering in Colos – Alentejo.

This is a space for practice and exploration of movement in relation — through listening, weight sharing, support and shared improvisation.

Each gathering includes a guided workshop and an open jam, allowing both technical depth and free dancing.

The first session takes place on February 6th, and is open to anyone who wishes to come, try and feel if this space resonates.
