Clinical Pilates is an adaptation of the traditional Pilates method, focusing on the prevention and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions. This exercise method focuses on the integration of mind and body, increasing body awareness and preparing the body to function without limitations. To achieve this, a comprehensive approach is taken that involves breathing, strengthening the deep muscles, mobility, and postural work.

Himalayan Kriya, Kundalini & Meditation classes, as taught in the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic and Tantric Tradition. Kriya is evolutionary/ transformative action. Kundalini is the infinite potential of Being. Meditation is the foundational practice of Yoga. These classes is designed to, for example, increase ones' energetic capacity and inner knowingness.
