The Mysore style is the traditional way of teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. In the Mysore class, everyone works within their own breathing rhythm and abilities; slowly growing with the practice to ensure a sustainable lifelong practice.

For Beginner or those that do not know the sequence an all level class we take place from 9:30am

    A wonderful Vinyasa Flow class for all levels at the beautiful Herdade da Matinha on Saturdays. Reservations are required In this class, we use classic Hatha Yoga poses and combine them with some Vinyasa sequences. Many alternatives will be provided for those who cannot perform the vinyasas or who wish to keep their practice simpler This class lasts about 1 hour *Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a 10-euro charge
