Workshop: Shall we take a stroll through SINES?

In this activity, the real journey is the sharing of stories. We want to explore Sines through the memories, experiences, and perspectives of its residents. Together, we’ll map the city and identify special places, building connections and fostering interactions with other members of the local community.
The workshop is open to the entire community and people of all ages.

Integrated Himalayan Yoga classes are based on the recognition that Yoga is much more than physical postures. It is a journey of integrating the human being in all of her/his/their dimensions: body, energy, mind, and awareness. In my classes, I strive to offer a balanced and profound practice that encompasses a diversity of tools to work on the different layers of our being, from the densest to the most subtle, stimulating processes of internal transformation, balance, and expansion of consciousness. Depending on the intention of the practice, different techniques may be included, such as Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, Kriya, Kundalini, Mantras, Mudras, Yogic Wisdom, and Meditation.
