A lovely Vinyasa Flow Class for all levels at the beautiful Herdade Da Matinha on Saturdays. Booking necessary

In this class we use classical Hatha Yoga Postures and we link them with some vinyasa sequences.

Many options will be provided to those that cannot do the vinyasas or who wish to keep the practice more simple

This class is around 1 hour long
