Morning - Puja

Collective practice of connecting with a field of consciousness, information and memory, a field of remembrance of Unity.

Afternoon - Salush Nahi

Individual experience through frequencies that promote harmonization, organization, and integration, opening space for the expansion of consciousness.

The activities are independent.

    Integrated Himalayan Yoga classes are based on the recognition that Yoga is much more than physical postures. It is a journey of integrating the human being in all of her/his/their dimensions: body, energy, mind, and awareness. In my classes, I strive to offer a balanced and profound practice that encompasses a diversity of tools to work on the different layers of our being, from the densest to the most subtle, stimulating processes of internal transformation, balance, and expansion of consciousness. Depending on the intention of the practice, different techniques may be included, such as Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, Kriya, Kundalini, Mantras, Mudras, Yogic Wisdom, and Meditation.
