Are you up for running the Trilhos da Cola, where history still comes alive?
On May 1, the municipality of Ourique will once again host the Trilhos da Cola, a trail running race that challenges athletes and nature lovers to traverse a landscape where history and nature converge.
Run along trails marked by different eras—from the Iron Age to the Romans and Muslims—and feel the energy of a place that holds memories, traces, and identity.
The 4th edition of Trilhos da Cola takes place near the Sanctuary of Nossa Senhora da Cola and the Castro da Cola, on a hillside overlooking the Mira River, in a demanding yet breathtaking natural setting. The race is organized by the Athletics Section of Ourique Desportos Clube in collaboration with the Municipality of Ourique and with the support of various institutions.
🚩 Four courses available:
🔹 Walk / Trail Running for Beginners – 10 km
🔹 Mini Trail – 10 km
🔹 Sprint – 17 km
🔹 Trail – 31 km

We opened our creative campsite, tiny home village and project of our dreams: Vila Akoya.
