Ancient Chinese practices that integrate movement, breathing and concentration, promoting the integral health of body and mind. In the cozy atmosphere of Casa Novo Bowing, these sessions invite you to slow down, strengthen your physical and energetic balance and cultivate mindfulness that extends into everyday life. They are open to practitioners of all levels, with exercises adapted to each participant.
