You are welcome to move freely, rest, sing or voice with us, and bring your own intention, prayer, or wish for the season ahead. There is nothing you need to do and nowhere you need to get. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to be guided by your own intuition.
The Summer Solstice marks a threshold—a moment to acknowledge what is blooming, what is asking to be released, and what we wish to invite into our lives.
A little about us:
Elinor - a somatic practitioner with a deep love for creating bridges between body and spirit. She loves to sing and use music as a space for prayer, intention, and connection.
Zsofi - dance & music therapist. Facilitating retreats of Self-inquiry with voice, bodywork and meditation the last 20 years.
Her sound carpets are velvet, playful, sensual and bewitching.
