This 30-minute pranayama class is designed to support both beginners and more advanced practitioners, offering clear guidance alongside deeper refinement of breath awareness and control.

If the group is small enough, the session may also include individual pulse taking to help tailor the practice to each participant’s needs.

I have been practicing pranayama for 27 years under the guidance of Sri O. P. Tiwari, the head of the Pranayama Institute in India, who is widely respected for preserving and teaching traditional yogic breathing techniques with precision and depth. The class is free for yoga members and €7 for non-members.

    A wonderful Vinyasa Flow class for all levels at the beautiful Herdade da Matinha on Saturdays. Reservations are required In this class, we use classic Hatha Yoga poses and combine them with some Vinyasa sequences.
