Want to learn how to grow a mini garden easily, organically, and in a small space? On May 23, at 2 p.m., at the 2nd Sines Health and Wellness Fair, we invite you to get your hands dirty at our Microgreens Workshop.

These tiny vegetables are true natural multivitamins, containing up to 40% more nutrients than mature plants. They’re perfect for apartment dwellers since they take up little space and require very little water. Just simple care and a few tips.

Come discover how easy it is to add more color, flavor, and “living food” to your family’s salads, pasta, sandwiches, and soups. We look forward to seeing you to cultivate more health and well-being in Sines!
