Your spine is the center of everything: posture, breathing, balance, energy. When it's stiff, the whole body feels it... but when it regains mobility, everything flows differently.

In this week's practice we worked on
- gentle flexion to release tension
- extension to open up the chest and breathe better
- rotations to bring lightness back to the chest area
- lateral inclines to create space and vitality

Simple, articulated and safe movements - designed to make you feel lighter, more aligned and with more freedom in your body.

If you have a stiff back, accumulated stress or a lack of fluidity, this practice is for you.
Your body will appreciate every little gesture of care. 💜

Himalayan Kriya, Kundalini & Meditation classes, as taught in the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic and Tantric Tradition. Kriya is evolutionary/ transformative action.
