First, we watch a puppet come to life. Then, we try our hand at creating our own.

On Saturday, Sandra Neves, from Trupe Fandanga, brings “Ai de Mim, Ai do Eu…” to EscolaNova—the story of a puppet made of clay and hands that transforms, falls apart, and takes shape again.

After the show, children and adults will participate in a workshop on puppet-making and puppetry. Wearing gloves or socks, they’ll create simple puppets and discover how to bring them to life.
