The Vila Nova de Milfontes Parish Council, in partnership with the Brunheiras Cultural, Sports, and Recreational Association, is organizing a Fado Night on Friday, May 22, starting at 8:30 p.m.

Capacity for this event is 80 people, and the cost is €10.00, which includes caldo verde soup, appetizers, and drinks.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Association.

    Integrated Himalayan Yoga classes are based on the recognition that Yoga is much more than physical postures. It is a journey of integrating the human being in all of her/his/their dimensions: body, energy, mind, and awareness. In my classes, I strive to offer a balanced and profound practice that encompasses a diversity of tools to work on the different layers of our being, from the densest to the most subtle, stimulating processes of internal transformation, balance, and expansion of consciousness. Depending on the intention of the practice, different techniques may be included, such as Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, Kriya, Kundalini, Mantras, Mudras, Yogic Wisdom, and Meditation.
