Movement Medicine Ceremony

This is your invitation for a Movement Medicine Day Ceremony.

✨1 Day of Embodied Exploration & Dancing Prayer✨

For the ones who like to dance for longer, the ones that know the power of the dance, the ones that want to enter ceremony through movement, this is for you.

Through the body, we will give space to dance with the map of the 5 Dimensions of Movement Medicine: dancing with relationship with Self, Another, Community, Ancestors/ Descendants and Spirit/ God.

We will start the day awakening the dancer within - gathering our resources, expanding our movement vocabulary, dropping into the body.

We will then enter ceremony together, bringing whatever is real and alive in our bodies-hearts-minds into a dancing inquiry and prayer.

All with great music and in great company :)
