This year, the Municipality of Monchique is marking the Christmas season with a vast program of activities aimed at livening up the town and attracting visitors under the slogan "Monchique Natal".
During the month of December there will be various activities such as the Christmas Market, Street Theater, Circus, Competitions, Wooden Nativity Scene, Concerts, carousel and various animations.
The Christmas Market takes place from December 12 to 21 in Largo dos Chorões.
Traditional handicrafts, new creations and food products from the region will be on display at this edition.
