Nara is a retreat to reconnect with yourself, your body, and your feminine wisdom. Through work with the nervous system, feminine energy, and ancestral wisdom, we’ll explore what may be distancing you from yourself, your body, and your place—and create space for a safer, more conscious, and wholier relationship with yourself. A space to pause, feel, release, integrate, and return to yourself. So that you can leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more confident, with new tools for relating to yourself and your life, and with greater clarity to claim your place as a woman.
