As part of the Terras sem Sombra Festival, organized by Pedra Angular, the event "Today as Yesterday: the Sines Cork Factory" will take place on Saturday, October 11, at 3pm.
With the Sines Castle as its meeting point, the event will be led by businessman José Francisco Leal and the coordinator of the Sines Museum, architect Ricardo Estevam Pereira.
Together, they will guide the participants on a visit to an infrastructure that is a trace of an industry, the cork industry, with a notable presence in this municipality.
No registration required.
The Terras sem Sombra Festival is organized by Pedra Angular. In this presence in Sines, it has the partnership of the Municipality of Sines and the Italian Embassy in Lisbon. It also has the support of the Directorate-General for the Arts.
