🎨 As part of the Ciclo cria 2026 series and the celebrations for International Day of Families, the Sines Arts Center will host a series of family-friendly activities on May 15.
At 5:00 PM, Rui Foles will lead “Live Family Caricature,” a fun activity where each participant can take home an original keepsake of this family moment. Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Starting at 6:00 PM, “Sunset for Young and Old” will take place, featuring a guest DJ and a musical selection dedicated to the childhoods of parents and children, fostering moments of togetherness and sharing across generations.

Himalayan Kriya, Kundalini & Meditation classes, as taught in the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic and Tantric Tradition. Kriya is evolutionary/ transformative action. Kundalini is the infinite potential of Being. Meditation is the foundational practice of Yoga. These classes is designed to, for example, increase ones' energetic capacity and inner knowingness.
