A two-hour immersive experience that intertwines the gentle, rooting movements of Tai Chi with the liberating experience of "Vocal Journey", a voice practice that combines vocal discovery and inner travel.
The session begins with breathing and the flowing forms of Tai Chi, awakening presence, balance and connection to inner stillness. From there, the voice opens up, exploring sound, vibration and resonance as paths of expression and liberation.
Body and voice together become instruments of awareness, inviting greater harmony, freedom and joy. No previous experience is necessary, just the willingness to move, breathe and sound.
