Experience yoga as more than just physical exercise and instead as a holistic practice of aligning body, mind, and heart.
In this Integral Yoga class you’ll learn and experience postures from the tradition, as well as understand the chakras and benefits they activate so you can start developing your own independent practice.
Classes are Portuguese and English friendly and inclusive of all bodies, ages, and levels.
The class happens at Mosaic Village, beside a beautiful lake.
Drop-in class: 14€. Monthly subscription offered on sliding scale: 30 to 50€.
