🌹 On April 25, Teatro do Mar presents “Inside, It’s Always April,” a traveling performance installation that invites audiences to an intimate listening experience in the heart of a public space.

Inside small boxes, each person is invited to enter, sit down, and, alone with a performer, share the listening experience of a poem. Drawing on the distinctive voices of Portuguese poetry, this project evokes the ideals of April—freedom, dignity, and responsibility—as something alive, present, and constantly evolving, connecting the intimate with the collective.

In the morning, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., the event takes place outside the Sines Arts Center.

In the afternoon, between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, the event begins at the Jardim das Descobertas, then proceeds to Rua Serpa Pinto, following a route that traverses the city and its encounters.

It is a journey of integrating the human being in all of her/his/their dimensions: body, energy, mind, and awareness. In my classes, I strive to offer a balanced and profound practice that encompasses a diversity of tools to work on the different layers of our being, from the densest to the most subtle, stimulating processes of internal transformation, balance, and expansion of consciousness. Depending on the intention of the practice, different techniques may be included, such as Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, Kriya, Kundalini, Mantras, Mudras, Yogic Wisdom, and Meditation.
