Sattva Himalayan Yoga is an integrative and holistic practice, as taught in the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic and Tantric Tradition.
The Yoga journeys may include: Pranayama, Kriya, Himalayan Kundalini, Asanas (Hatha Vinyasa), Sacred Wisdom, Mudras, Mantras, Laya, Qi Movements, Meditation...basically, a variety of different tools to create evolutionary responses within the practitioners.

Himalayan Kriya, Kundalini & Meditation classes, as taught in the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic and Tantric Tradition. Kriya is evolutionary/ transformative action. Kundalini is the infinite potential of Being. Meditation is the foundational practice of Yoga. These classes is designed to, for example, increase ones' energetic capacity and inner knowingness.
