A lovely Hatha yoga Flow Class for all levels.

In this class we use classical Hatha Yoga Postures and we link them with some vinyasa sequences.

Many options will be provided to those that cannot do the vinyasas or who wish to keep the practice more simple

This class is around 1 hour long

Note: Booking one day in advance is necessary.

Cancellations on the day will have to pay the class price.

    A wonderful Vinyasa Flow class for all levels at the beautiful Herdade da Matinha on Saturdays. Reservations are required In this class, we use classic Hatha Yoga poses and combine them with some Vinyasa sequences. Many alternatives will be provided for those who cannot perform the vinyasas or who wish to keep their practice simpler This class lasts about 1 hour *Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a 10-euro charge
