This class is a great class if you are a beginner or if you are an intermediate student. The classes is guided with a gentle flow and several options are given.

The class is one hour long and covers many standing, seated and inverted asanas all done in a safe and loving way with a teacher with 23 years of experience and where the focus is on alignment and working with the intelligence of the body

    A wonderful Vinyasa Flow class for all levels at the beautiful Herdade da Matinha on Saturdays. Reservations are required In this class, we use classic Hatha Yoga poses and combine them with some Vinyasa sequences. Many alternatives will be provided for those who cannot perform the vinyasas or who wish to keep their practice simpler This class lasts about 1 hour *Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a 10-euro charge
