Get directionsThis class is a great class if you are a beginner or if you are an intermediate student. The classes is guided with a gentle flow and several options are given.
The class is one hour long and covers many standing, seated and inverted asanas all done in a safe and loving way with a teacher with 23 years of experience and where the focus is on alignment and working with the intelligence of the body

Pattabhi Jois. In the Mysore class, everyone works within their own breathing rhythm and abilities; slowly growing with the practice to ensure a sustainable lifelong practice. For Beginner or those that do not know the sequence an all level class we take place from 9:30am 💕
