🌕 FULL MOON RITUAL

The Full Moon brings light to what was hidden.

It is a moment of culmination, awareness, and liberation.

An auspicious portal to let go of what no longer serves us and make space for what is ready to be born.

In this gathering, we will celebrate and practice ancestral yoga, in harmony with the cosmic transits of this moment.

Sacred Cacao will accompany the practice, inviting us to deepen our connection to the heart—that great sage, so often forgotten amid the noise of the mind.

    Integrated Himalayan Yoga classes are based on the recognition that Yoga is much more than physical postures. It is a journey of integrating the human being in all of her/his/their dimensions: body, energy, mind, and awareness. In my classes, I strive to offer a balanced and profound practice that encompasses a diversity of tools to work on the different layers of our being, from the densest to the most subtle, stimulating processes of internal transformation, balance, and expansion of consciousness. Depending on the intention of the practice, different techniques may be included, such as Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, Kriya, Kundalini, Mantras, Mudras, Yogic Wisdom, and Meditation.
