Connect, Play & Grow: An Embodied Playfight Journey 🤜🏾🤛🏾
How often do you get to explore your playfulness, strength, and boundaries all at once? Join us Sunday the 6th for 3 hours of mindful play and physical connection.
We start with warm-ups to ground ourselves and build trust before stepping into the Playfight container—a safe space held by clear rules, rituals, and conscious care. Here, Playfight acts as a mirror for how you show up in life: gentle or wild, silly or strong, quiet or combative. Come exactly as you are, it is all welcome. You are even free to just sit, watch, and hold space.
No experience needed. Open to all adults, genders, and bodies. Just wear comfy clothes and bring a curious heart.

✨ rebirthing breathwork ✨ After a long summer break, I’m so happy to be opening the doors again and reconnecting with our breathwork community at Lazuz, in Lameiros. ❤️ 🌿 Monday, 21st September 10:30am – approx. 1pm 📍 Lazuz, Lameiros This session is an invitation to pause, breathe, and come back home to yourself. Maybe your summer has involved a lot of working, caretaking, travelling, or tending to other people’s needs. Maybe you’re ready to recharge your batteries, reconnect with your own needs and desires, or simply create some space to listen inward. Through the power of your own breath, we can begin to release what has become stuck, reconnect with the body, support a more regulated nervous system and open space for whatever is ready to be felt, explored or released. Breathwork can be a profound journey of coming back to yourself, reconnecting with your heart, your aliveness, your pleasure, your health, your direction and your deeper sense of purpose. Your breath knows where to take you. The session is held in a safe, supportive and trauma-informed container, with space to explore at your own pace. 1.5-hour yoga classes inspired by Hatha Yoga, Integral Yoga, and Yoga Therapy. The classes consist of a meditative portion, breathing exercises, a physical portion with movements (asanas), and guided relaxation. Classes are open to everyone without serious health issues. Trial class paid by donation—come give it a try! 3 Options: packages (35€/4 classes per month), 5-class passes (55€), or single classes (15€).
