Death cafe, an open GATHERING
Speaking about death is never simple, but perhaps it is one of the most human things we can do. a "Death Cafe" is not a seminar nor a workshop – it is a circle of encounter, a moment of free and informal conversation where stories, questions, and silences all have a place. Here, death is no longer a taboo but an invitation: to listen, to share, and to reflect, as a way of celebrating life in its fullness.
No scripts or teachings, no right or wrong words. Each person brings what they feel – memories, concerns, reflections, or simply their presence. It is a space of care and openness, where listening is just as important as speaking.
This session is proposed and organized by Casa de Transição / Übergangshaus and will take place in English, with everyone warmly invited to join.
