Conversations on the Menopause
The "Conversations on the Menopause" initiative with Cristina Candeias and Marcela Candeias will be held on September 16 at 5pm at the Manuel José "do Tojal" Municipal Library in Vila Nova de Santo André.
These meetings are aimed at anyone interested in the subject, with the intention of promoting the sharing of experiences and menopause literacy, making community resources known and guiding cases that need specialized intervention. It is hoped that women will be able to make informed decisions about their health in this normal stage of life, free from myths and beliefs.
The session has the virtual support of Cristina Mesquita de Oliveira, president of VIDAs - Associação Portuguesa de Menopausa (Portuguese Menopause Association).
