Contact Improvisation is a modern dance form based on the nonverbal, unscripted communication between two or more bodies moving in physical contact.

In groups of 5 to 12 dancers, learning is possible in an intimate space. Dancing in our nature retreat place invites us to calm down and connect with our joy of life.

During the workshops we dive deeper into somatic bodywork and dancing techniques.
