The Ginskeys are a rock band from Sines, formed in 2011 by Tiago Mendonça, Manuel Dias, Fábio Batista, and Pedro Nunes, while they were still teenagers. Over the years, they have developed an entirely original repertoire, rooted in the groove of classic rock and the energy of hard rock, blending it with influences from country, blues, and traditional funk. With an EP released in 2023, the band is currently preparing to release their first album.

Himalayan Kriya, Kundalini & Meditation classes, as taught in the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic and Tantric Tradition. Kriya is evolutionary/ transformative action.
