Over two days, we’ll learn about natural plaster mixes, base and finish coats, techniques for achieving a beautiful final look, and working with natural pigments; with hands-on practice. We have a section of one of our buildings ready for plastering, so we thought: why not use the opportunity to learn how to do it properly ourselves, with an experienced natural builder guiding us, and invite others who are curious to learn alongside us? Four artistic worlds come together around the river, and the entire day’s program is shaped by them. In the morning, we begin in the kitchen with a “Culinary Laboratory of the River.” In the afternoon, the exhibition intersects with experiences centered on nature, clay, listening, and fiction—activities designed for young children—as well as conversations, walks, and performances.
